Mum and daughter brave ice, mud and electric shocks!

On Sunday 13th July both Ally's grandmother, Linda Davies, and Mum, Emma Humphries, took part in Tough Mudder at Kettering.

Advertised as "possibly the toughest event on the planet" they both ran 12 miles whilst completing 22 different obstacles, including trudging through mud, jumping hay bales, crawling through confined spaces, jumping into an ice pit and running through "electroshock therapy."

This event challenges you both mentally and physically and completion is not possible without working as a team. Emma and Linda thoroughly enjoyed the day and are already looking forward to doing it all over again next year!  If you would like to sponsor them please visit their link here.
