Butterfly Fund - Charlotte Goddard
This Butterfly Fund has been set up in the memory of Charlotte Goddard who passed away from Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type 1 on 17th July 2007.
All money donated through this Butterfly Fund will be used to help other families with an SMA Type 1 diagnosis, through the provision of both emotional and financial support and the loaning of specialist equipment.
Cheques and postal orders should be made out to "Ally Cadence Trust for Spinal Muscular Atrophy" with Charlotte Goddard written on the back, and sent to;
